Blackthorn at The Great British Bake Off:

Last week, we were so excited when Nicky elected to choose Blackthorn for her gorgeous roast garlic, rosemary and sea salt cottage loaf. Also loved her highland coo, Angus-very cool!

They were simply fabulous and way beyond anything we can manage to create. Hats off to all the contestants, thank you so much to everyone who noticed and, of course, to Nicky - wishing her all the very best for the next round!!!
